1996/97 Hereford United Drill Top (Player Worn?)

What looks like a player worn or player issue top from a season that saw The Bulls lose their Football League status as a 1-1 draw at home to Brighton kept The Seagulls up at the expense of Hereford.
 
Top in a great condition. It has an official number on the front. Some cracking to the M&M Sports logo on the back.
