2003-2004 Ireland Long Sleeved Home Shirt (Signed & Match Worn/Player Issue?)

What could be a match worn or player issue shirt from the days when the national team were experiencing a bit of a hangover from the 2002 World Cup.
 
Shirt in a great condition. It has the official number and no sponsor which none of the replica shirts had. Not sure whose autograph it is though.
