Wales Coach Tracksuit Top

A very rare tracksuit top from the amateur days of rugby union. Not sure what year/s this is from but Wales had Umbro as their techninal supplier from the 1970's to 1991.
 
Top in a great condition. The top measures 25 inches pit-to-pit.
